Refund policy
As all of the products are custom-made and may include custom features, we’re unable to offer exchanges or returns unless there has been an error on our part. We strongly recommend double-checking your final order before checking-out.
In line with the Danish Sales of Goods Act, all customers are entitled to a 2-year warranty. After this period, complaints can no longer be made. If you receive a defective product, we’ll do our best to repair or replace it. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a repair or replacement request.
The defective item must be sent back to us before we proceed. It should be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include a printed order confirmation or proof of purchase with your return.
Shipping costs for repairs or replacements are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
